Start your hike from the entrance of Wadi Ghuweir, where the adventure begins with a gradual descent into the wadi. The trail quickly narrows into a beautiful gorge, with towering sandstone cliffs on both sides. You’ll follow the flowing stream, wading through shallow water and climbing over rocks as you make your way deeper into the canyon.
As you progress, you’ll be surrounded by lush greenery, including palm trees and ferns, creating a refreshing and peaceful atmosphere. The hike includes several natural pools and waterfalls, where you can stop for a rest or a quick dip.
Continue your hike through the narrow gorge, following the stream as it winds its way toward the open desert. You’ll pass more natural pools and waterfalls, with opportunities to rest and take in the stunning scenery.
As you exit the canyon, the landscape transitions to the vast expanse of Wadi Araba, a striking desert landscape known for its golden sands and rugged beauty.
The hike ends with a transfer back to your starting point or to your next destination.
